A black & white instrument print blouse. The blouse fastens with paired buttons through the front to a round, collarless neck. It has large shoulder pads, with leg of mutton style sleeves that are gathered with elastic. The cuffs have a 4 button detail. It has vertical seams to the waist, to add shape, and a shaped hem.
