The dress has a cross-over V-neck with a pleated frill trim. It has elbow length sleeves with elasticated cuffs. It has a shirred elasticated waist, and pleated side panels to the skirt. The back of the bodice is pleated into the yoke. Please note, the waist elastic is looser than it should be, but the dress can still be worn. By Micro Mosaic.
