A graphic print peplum dress. The dress fastens with concealed buttons from the waist up to a collarless round neck. It has a faux breast pocket. The waist is elasticated, with a peplum and an co-ordinating pull-through buckle belt. There is a back slit to the skirt. By Shelana.
