A navy dress with red & blue stripes. The dress fastens with buttons up from the waist to a contrasting red collar. There are epaulettes to the shoulders, and tabs to the sleeves. It has an elasticated waist, side pockets, and the skirt has side splits with stripes, to reveal a blue underskirt. By Hucke.
